ShalaERP is priced on how many students you have — and that is the only variable. Every module is included at every size, so there is no edition to compare and nothing important behind an upgrade.

Annual is the cheaper way to pay; quarterly exists so a school new to an ERP does not have to commit for a full academic year up front. If you grow into a higher band we never re-price you mid-term — the difference is added to your next renewal, and only for the months you were above the band. If you shrink, you simply move down at renewal; nothing already paid is refunded. You can stop at the end of any term and not be billed again. The full terms are in our terms of service.

There is no edition that unlocks more later, and no onboarding fee. A 200-student school runs exactly the same software as a 2,000-student one, and we set both of them up.
